Our Vision

For over a century, consulting was the default answer to business problems. In many cases, it was the best available option. But it was never complete.

A small team could only ever understand a company through a sample. AI changes that. For the first time, it becomes possible to hear from every part of an organization, map how work truly happens, and surface the frictions and opportunities that drive performance.

How long does it take?

The timeline mostly depends on how quickly teams complete their interviews. Once interviews are finished, we turn the input into a clear roadmap in days, not months.

Who gets interviewed?

In most cases, the best approach is to include everyone. The more complete the picture, the more accurate the insights. That said, if needed, we can also begin with a clearly defined scope: a specific team, function, or business unit.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the organization, the number of teams involved, and the depth of the mapping. Our model is built to be 3 to 5x more cost-effective than traditional consulting firms for large organizations, while remaining accessible to smaller companies that have not typically had access to this kind of support.

How are the interviews conducted?

Interviews are run by our AI agents, with a structure tailored to each role and context. This allows us to gather input in parallel, consistently, and at a depth that would be impossible through traditional consulting alone.

What do we receive at the end?

You receive a complete organizational mapping, identified bottlenecks, prioritized recommendations, concrete AI opportunities, and a clear implementation roadmap. Each collaborator also receives individual feedback. Everything is delivered through a dedicated dashboard where your teams can explore the mapping, ask questions, and navigate the insights.

How is this different from traditional consulting?

Traditional consulting relies on a limited sample of interviews and a partial view of the organization. We are built to work at a different level of depth, hearing from every part of the company and grounding recommendations in how work actually happens.

Do you only work with large enterprises?

No. Our approach is relevant anywhere operational complexity matters. We work with organizations that want a clearer understanding of how they run, whether they are scaling quickly or operating at significant size.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Confidentiality is central to the process. Interviews, outputs, and organizational data are handled with the level of discretion companies expect for sensitive operational and strategic work. We put clear contractual safeguards in place upfront, including NDAs and, where relevant, a DPA. Access to data is tightly controlled, and data handling is scoped to the engagement with clear rules around retention, usage, and deletion.

Do interviewees receive anything back?

Yes. Each collaborator receives an individual restitution with personalized feedback, recommendations, and takeaways from their interview.
