How it works

Let AI understand your company
and tell you what to change.

01

Interviews

Our system interviews your teams at scale through 45-minute chats. Foaster runs interviews across the organization in parallel, from frontline employees to leadership, to understand how work actually gets done.

02

Mapping

It builds a living map of your operations. We turn those conversations into a clear view of workflows, dependencies, bottlenecks, handoffs, and day-to-day reality across teams.

03

Recommendations

It shows where AI should be integrated. Foaster identifies where AI can create the most leverage, what should change first, and how the transformation should be prioritized.

Month 1

What happens next?

The first map is only the beginning.

For companies that want to go further, Foaster keeps learning from the organization through lightweight monthly interviews. It tracks how the transformation is progressing, detects where momentum is slowing, surfaces new bottlenecks, and updates its recommendations as both the company and the AI landscape evolve.

This is how transformation becomes durable. Not through one-off recommendations, but through a system that helps every level of the company keep moving in the right direction.

Our Vision

Founder
Raphaël Dabadie
Co-founder & CEO

The problem is not that companies lack AI tools. The problem is that most companies still do not have a system that understands how they actually operate and can guide them toward becoming AI native.

We think every company will need such a system. A system that updates its understanding continuously. A system that sees where AI can create leverage. A system that measures progress and detects resistance.

A system whose mission is simple: help the company become more AI native every month.

That is the future we are building at Foaster.

FAQ

How long does it take from start to finish?

Interviews typically run over one week. Once they're done, we deliver the full diagnostic and recommendations within a few days. On average, about 10 days from kickoff to final deliverable.

What happens during the 45-minute conversations?

Each employee has a private, structured conversation with our AI. It covers their daily work, tools, handoffs, bottlenecks, and what they'd change if they could. No preparation needed.

Will employees actually talk openly to an AI?

Yes, and often more openly than with a human consultant. There's no hierarchy, no judgment, no political filter. People tend to be surprisingly candid when they know they're not being evaluated.

What if we already know where our problems are?

You know what you see. You don't know what you don't know. Most companies have blind spots in how teams interact, where time is really lost, and which problems are symptoms of deeper ones. That's what we surface.

Do you implement the recommendations?

No. We don't do implementation. Foaster is a system that helps your company understand where it stands, where AI fits, and what to prioritize. Think of it as a compass, not a contractor.

How do you protect our data?

We sign NDAs and DPAs before any engagement begins. All data is encrypted, access is strictly controlled, and nothing is shared externally. Individual interview responses are never disclosed to management.

What size companies does this work for?

From 10-person startups to organizations with thousands of employees. The system scales because every interview runs in parallel. Adding more people doesn't add more time.
