Foaster is also an independent research lab. We develop innovative benchmarks to evaluate LLMs in complex social tasks. The objective is to optimize the performance of large language models (LLMs) in strategic and social scenarios.

Your mission

• Design and develop robust back-end infrastructures for AI multi-agent systems.

• Implement AI agents with specific behaviors (persuasion, strategy) through APIs and advanced prompts.

• Integrate LLMs into simulation environments for missions with major French groups.

• Optimize performance and scalability of deployed solutions.

• Collaborate with our research teams to translate scientific concepts into practical applications.

Your profile

• Expertise in back-end development (Python, Node.js, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of LLMs, APIs, and distributed system architectures.

• Experience with databases and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).

• Autonomy, rigor, and ease in a freelance mission context.

• Ability to work with large account clients.
